- Precision machined top deck to mount linear bearings and width adjustment screw system
- 13 single-output forming stands mounted on four panels (centerline adjustable)
- 6 powered side angle passes mounted in pairs
- 1 mill mounted Pinch-Feed Pass with entry funnel guides
- Panels split on precision linear saddle-bearings and profile-rails
- Motorized traverse adjustment system
- TEKFAB “Patent Pending” Servo-controlled gauging system
- 2.75” diameter through-shaft, telescopic spindles (3.5” roll bore)
- 2 side pass stands for over-form control
- 2 independent 3-roll straightener units with bottom, side and top rolls for bow and camber control
